There's something beautiful
About the constancy of the sea
So unlike the warmth of your kisses
And the ephemeral pressure of your lips
But the waves dance perpetually
In their unwavering attempt to get closer to the moon
Whereas you create havoc on spells
Always as temperamental as raging a thunderstorm
There's faith in the ocean's struggle
To remain in varying shades of blue
Yet you disguise yourself as a dashing sunset
So that admist all the orange and yellows and reds
No one can ever tell your true color, nature or shade
But the ocean is as vast as your eyes can see
And even beyond the perpetual line of the distant horizon
Still you conceal your volatile reality
In things you think to be infinite
Such as the resiliency of the water cycle
And the invisibility of the air
But just like the sea currents carry foam
And just like the clear water shelters salt
I find you in the multiple shapes that form the clouds
I find you in the autumn leaves that surf the wind
And then you can no longer hide your finite and perfect beauty
From my ephemeral ocean eyes

I Want You To Hear
You.
You bring confusion to my life.
Seems like some of the things you have said, they have been a lie.
I don't know what I'm suppose to think anymore.
You're here, you're gone.
Faster than the moon, the stars and the sun.
I don't know what I'm suppose to think anymore.
All that I asked is that you be a friend.
I never thought things would change.
I should have seen it coming, from a million miles away.
To be pushed out that door, with a slow gentle move, yea, I can see past that
And now, now I'm looking to you.
If you could see me now, confusion in mind
Perhaps we could forget what happened, and leave it all behind.
I wish I co

Love
love
Someone asked me what is love
is it good, is it bad
is it awesome, is it terrible
I honestly didnt know how to answer them.
I finally desided love is the most complicated of all emotions
Love is kind
love is harsh
love is wonderful
love is terrible
love is a cure
love is a sickness
love is LOVE
love is hate
love is meaningful
love is pointless
love shows the best in people
love shows the worse in people
love makes us speak truth
love makes us lie
love understands everything
love confuses everyone
love builds your life
love tears your heart down
love makes you smile
love makes you cry
love makes us cuddle

He Loves Me Not
A rose sat on the table,
He promised it would never die,
And when it was worn and withered,
I did not cry.
It's not what I expected,
I knew the rose would not grow,
Into a lumbering, majestic tree,
That in the wind would flow.
The petals fell, one by one,
Browned under the burning sun,
Scattered across the table and chairs,
Worn and withered without a care.
And when the rose finally snapped,
I let out a deep sigh,
The weight of the world,
Broke its' neck,
But I did not cry.
I already knew what to think,
When I saw your face,
But I learned how not to speak,
When it wasn't my time or place.
I played your little game,
And w
